Supercharged Harley Davidson Street 750
‘EVEL XG’
The first ever supercharged street 750! This commissioned build was in part, inspired by The Travis Pastrama - Evel Knievel re-creation jump and the fact that Harley allowed Indian to get ahead of the game, according to the client. The build has taken on an attitude of ‘what would Evel do?’
Everything is hand built in the shop, from intercoolers, through tins and manually machined supercharger shafts etc. The build was displayed at The One Moto Show in Portland, OR in feb 2019 and won the award for ‘best racehorse’. The bike also attended the Handbuilt Motorcycle Show in Austin, TX April 2019 and ‘The Golden Bolt’ invitational in Los Angeles, CA August 2019.
Utilizing a Procharger A1-R with a fully custom, one-off power output system, supported in machined aluminum bearing holders with aerospace grade bearings, I am pushing up to 7.5psi of boost at the engine. Dyno-tuned with an add-on computer, the bike is dialed! To keep everything cool I have used a larger than stock radiator from a Ducati Monster, running engine-ice, and made an air-air intercooler out of of 3, 4”x4”x2” Bell intercooler cores to keep the air cool and ignition efficiency on point. The fueling and ignition is managed by a new ECM made by Thundermax out of Whitehouse, Tennessee.
